Practical informations (FAQ)

The homes can only be booked via your department manager at Danfoss.

You have received the code for the front door and the key box when booking your accommodation.

The code for the front door must only be used on arrival. The code for the key box frees up a key for your home. In your home there are 3 key chips that work for both the home and the front door. The key from the key box must be hung in the key box after the first access to your home (the key cannot be used for the front door).

Ordensregler:

  • Boligen skal vedligeholdes under hele boperioden. Der skal jævnligt gøres rent i boligen og luftes ud (åbn vinduerne på daglig basis) for at forebygge dårligt indeklima og skimmelsvamp.
  • Der må ikke ryges i boligen eller i opgangen. Er der tegn på rygning, så vil lejer blive opkrævet betaling for særlig rengøring. Overtrædes rygeforbuddet flere gange, kan dette medføre, at lejer skal fraflytte boligen.
  • Der skal tages hensyn til de øvrige beboere, ligesom inventar og indbo skal behandles med respekt, både af lejer, lejers familie og gæster.
  • Generende adfærd skal dæmpes mellem kl. 22.00 og 7.00, herunder brug af vaskemaskine/tørretumbler.
  • Det er ikke tilladt at sove i sengen uden sengetøj.
  • Tænd emhætten 5 minutter før madlavning og lad emhætten være tændt et stykke tid efter madlavning.
  • Der skal udvises forsigtighed ved brug af ild, stearinlys og med alt hvad der kan fremkalde brand.
  • Lejer skal sørge for, at der kun benyttes almindelige toiletpapir. Klude, vat, avispapir, hår, tandstikker osv. må ikke kastes i toilettet.
  • Der må ikke stilles ting i opgangen, dette gælder også cykler, barnevogne, legetøj, sko mv. Dette af hensyn til brandfare, rengøring af opgangen samt hvis en ambulance skal hente en beboer. 
  • Husdyr er ikke tilladt.
  • Altaner skal holdes ryddelige. 
  • Der må benyttes gasgrill på altanen, såfremt der tages hensyn til de andre beboere ved at begrænse røggener. Kulgrill, bålfad og lign. er ikke tilladt.
  • Det er ikke tilladt at opsætte parabol/antenne.
  • Skiltning fra boligen er ikke tilladt.
  • Parkering er kun tilladt i de afmærkede båse.
  • Fællesarealer holdes pæne og velholdte. Derfor er det vigtigt, at alle passer godt på beplantninger, legeredskaber mv. Smid ikke affald i fællesarealerne, og husk at stille cykler, knallerter, barnevogn og lign. så de ikke er til gene for andre.

The WI-Fi codes are sent in connection with booking the home, and can also be found on the router.

If you have problems establishing a connection to the Internet, please contact our provider Stofa on tel .: (0045) 88303080.

If you want to order cleaning for your home, you must contact your department manager, who must approve the request.

If your department manager approves cleaning in your home, you will receive cleaning every 14 days, which includes:

  • cleaning / descaling of bathroom
  • cleaning of all surfaces in the home
  • kitchen cleaning
  • cleaning of cabinets outside
  • cleaning of sink
  • cleaning of table tops
  • removal of cobwebs
  • cleaning of panels / moldings
  • cleaning of doors and window sills
  • vacuuming / floor washing

Before the cleaning service arrives, it is important that you make sure:

  • that all rooms are carefully cleaned up
  • that the dishes are taken
  • that the waste has been disposed of

On Lindehaven 2 and 32, B42 causes the common staircase to be cleaned and all external windows to be washed.

Acute injuries outside our opening hours:

For acute injuries such as pipe breakage, lack of electricity, key problems etc. please contact Elektrikeren A / S 74421750.

The home must be handed over in the same condition as it was taken over, ie. in neat, tidy and clean condition.

Bed linen must be taken off duvets and pillows, the sheet must be taken off the bed. Bed linen, sheets, all towels, dishcloths and tea towels must be laid on the floor in the bathroom.

Dirty china is filled in the dishwasher and the dishwasher is started before departure.

All your personal effects must be included / removed.

All 3 keys must be in the home from the time of moving out.

The home must be left in locked condition. This is done by using the code for the key box. The home is then locked with this key, and after locking the home, the key is hung back in the key box.
