Lindehaven 2, 4 and 32 - 98 m2

The 98 m2 homes consist of 3 rooms (2 bedrooms) and are fully furnished. The kitchen contains the necessities for an everyday life. Under the inventory list, you can see what is in the home when you move in. In Denmark including Lindehaven there are no aircondition in private homes.

It is not allowed to move installed inventory, and it is not allowed to install further inventory on the walls.

All the homes are used and may appear with small amounts of errors. The home will be inspected and cleaned before your arrival. If there are any errors please contact B42.

Practical informations

The homes can only be booked via your department manager at Danfoss.

You have received the code for the front door and the key box when booking your accommodation.

The code for the front door must only be used on arrival. The code for the key box frees up a key for your home. In your home there are 3 key chips that work for both the home and the front door. The key from the key box must be hung in the key box after the first access to your home (the key cannot be used for the front door).

  • The home must be maintained throughout the period of residence. The home must be regularly cleaned and ventilated (open the windows on a daily basis) to prevent bad indoor climate and mold.
  • No smoking in the home or in the stairwell. If there are signs of smoking, the tenant will be charged for special cleaning. If the smoking ban is violated several times, this can lead to the tenant having to vacate the home.
  • The other residents must be taken into account, just as furniture and contents must be treated with respect, both by the tenant, the tenant's family and guests.
  • Annoying behavior should be curbed between kl. 22.00 and 8.00, including use of washer / dryer.
  • It is not allowed to sleep in the bed without bedding.
  • Turn on the cooker hood 5 minutes before cooking and leave the cooker hood on for a while after cooking.
  • Care must be taken when using fire, candles and anything that may cause a fire.
  • The tenant must ensure that only ordinary toilet paper is used. Do not throw away cloths, cotton wool, newspaper, hair, toothpicks, nappies, etc. in the toilet.
  • Do not place things in the stairwell, this also applies to bicycles, prams, toys, shoes, etc. This is due to the risk of fire, cleaning of the stairwell and if an ambulance has to pick up a resident.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Balconies must be kept tidy.
  • A gas grill may be used on the balcony, provided that the other occupants are taken into account by limiting smoke nuisance.
  • Charcoal grill, fire pit and the like. is not allowed.
  • It is not permitted to set up a satellite dish / antenna.
  • Signage from the residence is not allowed.
  • Parking is only allowed in the marked stalls.
  • Common areas are kept neat and well maintained. Therefore, it is important that everyone takes good care of plantings, play equipment, etc. Do not throw rubbish in the common areas.
  • Quiet bicycles, mopeds, prams and the like so that they are not a nuisance to others.

If anything is broken, please contact B42. Then a replacement is made as soon as possible. If you are not home when we arrive, the item will be placed in front of your front door.

If you want to order cleaning for your home, you must contact your department manager, who must approve the request.

If your department manager approves cleaning in your home, you will receive cleaning every 14 days, which includes:

  • cleaning / descaling of bathroom
  • cleaning of all surfaces in the home
  • kitchen cleaning
  • cleaning of cabinets outside
  • cleaning of sink
  • cleaning of table tops
  • removal of cobwebs
  • cleaning of panels / moldings
  • cleaning of doors and window sills
  • vacuuming / floor washing

Before the cleaning service arrives, it is important that you make sure:

  • that all rooms are carefully cleaned up
  • that the dishes are taken
  • that the waste has been disposed of

On Lindehaven 2 and 32, B42 causes the common staircase to be cleaned and all external windows to be washed.

The home must be handed over in the same condition as it was taken over, ie. in neat, tidy and clean condition.

Bed linen must be taken off duvets and pillows, the sheet must be taken off the bed. Bed linen, sheets, all towels, dishcloths and tea towels must be laid on the floor in the bathroom.

Dirty china is filled in the dishwasher and the dishwasher is started before departure.

All your personal effects must be included / removed.

All 3 keys must be in the home from the time of moving out.

The home must be left in locked condition. This is done by using the code for the key box. The home is then locked with this key, and after locking the home, the key is hung back in the key box.
